We ship with DHL. All products we send are shipped as packages. This ensures traceability and insurance of your purchases in case of loss.

Deliveries to non-EU countries / Customs fees

For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, Norway), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. Since the amount varies, only your local customs office can provide more accurate information in this regard.

Bulk surcharge

For oversized packages, such as those for the shipment of custom rods (length > 1.2 m), we reserve the right to charge a bulky goods surcharge of €20.00.
